The crane operates within a fixed aisle of the ASRS. Driven by a servo control system, it achieves precise positioning and rapid lifting between storage racks. Its core handling mechanism is a dedicated shuttle, which performs the deposit and retrieval of containers from specified locations. The stacker crane system communicates with the upper-level Warehouse Management System (WMS), receiving and executing storage/retrieval commands to ensure real-time synchronization of warehouse information.
The primary application of this equipment is to maximize the use of vertical warehouse space, enabling high-density, three-dimensional storage. By automating the storage and retrieval process, it effectively replaces manual operations in high-bay storage areas, contributing to significantly improved space utilization and a higher degree of warehouse automation.
Mini-Load Stacker Cranes are ideal for scenarios with a high number of SKUs and demanding storage capacity requirements. They are commonly deployed in logistics centers and production lines for industries such as e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, publishing, and automotive parts.
